We purchased this property from a lead that came to us through a realtor who had sourced several properties for us in the past. The house was in disrepair, and the roof was in terrible condition. The Seller wanted to sell the house quickly because she was financially unable to handle the repairs on her own and had health issues. Some challenges came up during the transaction, but because of our expertise and our team, we were easily able to get through those challenges and have a successful closing.

Duplex Properties

We purchased this Duplex as a result of a lead that came to us through a Realtor. The property was in substantial disrepair. The subflooring was damaged, it also needed a new roof and just total remodeling in general. We purchased this property and relieved the homeowner of the stresses of owning the property as they did not want to take on the headaches of fixing the property.
